During his career, Mr. Kushnir has handled subrogation cases for such carriers as AIG/Chartis, Allstate, Chubb, Cincinnati, Encompass, Farmers, Foremost, Hanover, Harleysville, Hartford, Homesite, Liberty Mutual, One Beacon, Selective, State Farm, Travelers, and Zurich. Mr. Kushnir is responsible for millions of dollars in subrogation recoveries, successfully handling a variety of subrogation matters, from small motor vehicle accidents to major fire and construction-defect losses. Mr. Kushnir’s law review articles have been cited in published opinions by federal judges as persuasive authority.
